1) Chenille yarn is one of our traditional fancy yarn products.
2) Nomally we make counter-sample for customs approval as per their quality request for knitting garments or for weaving fabrics by proper yarn twist.
3) We always make standard knots by core yarn connecting, it will make chenille yarn feed into machines smoothly to improve finished products quality.
4) We used to make color lab-dips as per customers' original color. Also we can supply our own shade card for selection.
5) In course of bulky dyeing, we make sure AZO free and yarn dry enough.
6) Packing condition: rawwhite in hank, rawwhite on cone, dyed on cone, packed in bales or in cartons.
7) capacity: we can supply 4-8 containers over 90 tons monthly.
