The new odor-resistant TPU coating fabric is made of inner rubbe r layer, fabric reinforced layer, outer rubber layer and barrier layer. Fabric reinforced layer is woven by polyester fiber. Inner and outer rubber layers are formed from the double-face coated polyurethane on the fabric reinforced layer. Barrier layer is processed by special material and technology. This is a new barrier coating fabric that may obstruct volatilization of media like vapor and oil.

High insulation performance, it reduces 80% gas permeability when compared with common         rubberized fabric; this may be used to store gasoline and reduce the gasoline volatilization;

Light weight, high strength, puncture resistance, rear resistance, and the ambient applicable      temperature is -50~+80;

The rubberized fabric thickness range is 0.95mm3mm.

Main purposes:

TPU (polyurethane) coating fabrics could be used for soft tank fabrication due to its superior properties. Gas, oil, water, wine, edible oil, soy sauce, various syrups, industrial grease, diesel, gasoline may be placed in the soft tank made of such fabric. It has advantages like light weight, folding, convenient, and strong environmental suitability.

Soft tank may be equipped to field oil depot, gas station, or applied for oil storing equipment and vapor recovery unit of rear oil depot. In addition, it may be used for collection of rain water, emergency water supply, logistics, fire fighting, metallurgy, electric device and oil field, etc..
