- High Speed Double Circular Knitting Machine
Designed in closed CNC computer engraved cam. 2 tracks of cambox on the Dial and cylinder cambox can be 2 tracks or 4 tracks. This is used to knit good stretch and clear interlock fabric. The stitch adjuster with a socket bolt is easy to adjust. Every feed of cam can be adjusted independently. It's available to use Spandex yarn when equipped with Spandex attachment. This equipment is extra option.

GENERAL FEATURE
- Adapting oil bath flat bearing to run machine smoothly and save power.
- Digitized display with Three shift counter showing machine R.P.M. and able to preset each three shift production. It is clear and easy to handle for machine operator.
- Using Inverter A.C.motor controller is able to adjust the start torque and brake.
- Central stitch control system is used in single serials machines. It is helpful for the user to adjust the fabric G.S.M.
- Main transmission shaft is structured by whole alloy steel without any coupling/ universal joint with one auxiliary transmission shaft to provide dial & cylinder movement synchronized to eliminate any vibration.
- Special design for the dial arrangement allow the cylinder and dial to be removed without taking off the three upper transmission support legs, enabling easy gauge change possibilities.
- Special alloy steel cylinder and dial are fitted with inserted trick walls treated to ensure high quality of cylinder.
