Yontex has formed a mature industry chain from grey fabric to dyed & printed fabric as well as from processing to exporting.
Our cotton fabric factory is in Hebei Province, which has abundant labor force and our factory is surrounded by printing and dyeing factories, which are able to process extra width fabrics. Hebei is also one of the most developed cotton textile industry provinces in China. Our factory has 120 sets of rapier looms and shuttle looms for weaving middle-grade cotton and poly cotton fabrics of 30S, 40S and 45S extra width for home textiles.
Our cooperative factory is very close to our weaving factory. It only takes 20 minutes by car to go there. The workshop is totally equipped with air-jet looms. At present, we have 600 sets of Picanol, Shumeite and Tsudakoma water-jet looms, including 50 sets of jacquard looms. Our factory mainly produces high-grade fabrics for apparels and beddings. The annual production capacity can reach 50 million meters.
Our factory for finished products is close to our gray fabric factory. We have 2 modern cutting lines, 60 sets of flat steamers, 5 sets of over lock stitch machines, 5 sets of lockstitch buttonhole machines, 1 ironing and finishing line, high-level technicians and skilled workers.
We stick to the strict management concept of "waste rather than poor quality; complicated rather than stinted" and this concept ensures first class quality and 100% delivery rate. Our customer satisfaction rate is up to 100%.
We have formed a strict quality-control system from raw material to processing technique and from production to packing. We always use high-quality materials from the beginning, preventing lots of quality problems in the follow-up processes. The best material selection, advanced weaving looms, as well as perfect printing and dyeing technology create the highest quality bedding fabrics. This kind of fabrics greatly improve the efficiency of processing and give the best utilization factor, which means reducing cost in the same sense.
In the past years, Yontex has established a relatively stable marketing system at home and abroad, covering fabrics, accessories and finished articles. The United States, Europe and Southeast Asia are our main markets.
Especially, 30S, 45S, 40S, 60S & TC180-TC800 bedding fabrics and finished products have won high reputations in America and Europe.
