The ZC-II Reverse-Blow Bag Dust Collector is especially applicable to control and collect microdots caused in the production processes of plate brushing and assembly in battery factories. This dust collector uses reverse blow system to make high pressure airflow remove dusts that are clung to the surfaces of filtration bags. It can also control thermal dust gas. It is of high efficiency with large filtration area. It is low in running resistance, easy in maintenance and reliable in operation.

Working Principle

1,Filter conditions Dust airflow enters the upside of the bag house tangentially.  Big dusts are thrown to the sidewall of the collector under the centrifugal force falling from the sidewall down to the ash funnel. Small dusts are clung to the exterior surfaces of the bags. Cleaned air passes through bags and gathers in the white room being discharged into the atmosphere by the blower.

2,Regeneration conditions.When more and more dusts clung to the surfaces of the bags making the bag resistance reach the stipulated maximum, the pressure-differential transducer signals reverse blow system, making the high pressure air, from the air nozzles of the boom of the collector, blow to the inside of the bags against the direction of the dust airflow. The pressure on the surfaces of the bags changed and vibrate making the dusts clung on the bags drop into the ash funnel. The boom rotates around making high pressure air blow bags row by row. When the filter bag resistance lowers to the minimum stipulate, the reverse blow system stop working.
