With powerful strength in textile production, we have 200 sets of odd broad jacquard rapier looms, the world's most advanced French STAUBLI 104 needle electronic broad jacquard looms, Italian SULZER broad rapier looms and other advanced equipment, and our annual capacity reaches 5 million meters of jacquard cloth in width of 140cm~300cm and nearly 10,000 patterns.
At the beginning, our company was specialized in sericulture reeling. With continuous development, now we have 100,000mu of co-base for mulberry cultivation and silkworm rearing. Our wholly-owned holding company has 38 sets of automatic silk reeling machines and the annual production capacity of multi-file specification white steam filature has got more than 800 tons. For Jacquard Weaving, we have imported 68 sets of wide and large needle jacquard machines. We produce 5 million meters of jacquard fabrics for apparels and home textiles. Specialized in the production of the complete set of automatic silk reeling equipment of Hualong brand, our products account for more than 60% of domestic market share and we have made a great contribution to high-quality and low-cost automation of reeling. We have special dyeing machines for various raw materials, just like silk yarn and can meet a variety of needs.
For the production of home textile finished products, we provide one-stop service which can satisfy any requirements of customers. We produce white steam filature yarns and do a variety of import and export businesses with modern management.
