We provide our brand customers with high quality Nylon 6/66 products (TACTEL, MERYL, SUPPLEX and AQUATER) of good stretch (high percentage of spandex), good hand feeling (microfiber) and multi-functions, which are suitable for active wear, swim wear, intimate wear and ready-to-wear.
The price range of our products is diverse, from US$1.35 to US$10 per yard. We have our own R&D department in our mill, to develop new technology that creates new values and improves bulk quality. Apart from that, we have made some joint development of industrial textiles with our clients from the high tech industry.
We've been in this business in Taiwan for more than a decade, and we only supply high-end fabrics. It means that our customers cannot buy these fabrics elsewhere in Taiwan area, but also in FabricsLab (not to mention in China or Southeast Asia). Apart from that, we have our own lab that ensures constant quality improvement (decreasing the defects and costs) and new development (new techniques that can be applied to fabrics) that can benefit our customers.
Our Nylon66 TACTEL/SUPPLEX with Spandex are selling well not only by not fancy feeling (stretch jersey/interlock), but also by the high quality. The sole reason we can provide high quality products and on-time delivery for our customers is that we "produce" fabrics, not "subcontract" fabrics (about 95% of the trading companies in Taiwan have to subcontract their orders). In fact, about more than half of our orders come from these trading companies, including some big and famous ones.
