We have developed for over ten years since the establishment. Now we have been awarded as one of 50 TOP Enterprises in Changshu, and we are a union-owned enterprise.
Our company is located in Economic Development Zone of Yangtze Delta, 100km away from Shanghai in East, connected to Suzhou in South, close to Wuxi in West and along the Yangtze River in North. The location is very easy to access, just at the exit of Riverside Expressway.
Our company covers an area of 110,000sqm, with a building area of 60,000sqm. We have 80 technical staff members, including 3 persons with high-level technical title and 16 persons with middle-level title. Our company has 320 staff members totally, and obtained ISO9000:2000 Quality Assurance System Certificate in 2000.
Our company owns several professional workshops for heat treatment, machining, digital-control machining and assembling. We have about 220 sets of production equipment, 70% of which is precision equipment, digital-control equipment and machining equipment. We are also in possession of complete inspection equipment and methods, for example, CMMs and Spectral Analysis Instruments are all qualified for calibration.
With continuous efforts contributed by staff in the past years, series of products are fabricated, such as driving clutches, two carry face grinding products used in automobile parts and bearings, electrical flat tracks used in metallurgy, and port and heavy equipment. Our company now is engaged in developing a kind of green electrical flat trucks, which can save resources, with high energy and dry storage cell.
In addition, our company also provides machining service for clients and customers. We are making full use of our core technology and showing our developing advantages to improve the quality. Our company now has first-class capacity of machining and fabrication through hard work and devotion in the past years.
