We have 40D spandex with two kinds of technic: one is Toyobo technic,the goods is semi-dull type; the other one is Nisshinbo technic,the goods is bright(clear) type. They can be used well in knitting,weaving and so on.

Advantages:

1)Avoiding from stubble and devillicate. With the increasement of the uniformity of polymers and adjustment of spinning condition, the cohesive force of Uoli spandex is strengthened greatly, which avoids from stubble and devillicate oweing to partial flimsy fiber  pieces;
2)Avoiding multiple associated fibers of outer layer from coming off. With the improvement of winding condition, the adjustment of oil formula and oil mass and the special establishment of unique measuring items in the industry for the hardness of thread coil, it has improved the outgoing quality of Uoli Spandex
3)Well unwound from a reel at the roots. The compay uses the top special oil in the world. Through the test and debugging, it adjusts the spinning oil to the best formula and dosage and prevents spandex from static electricity, furcation and conglutination.
4)Avoiding the fabric from bad elasticity and avoids the cloth surface from defects after dyeing-and-finishing. The technicians have solved the defects of the bad elasticity and cloth surface defects for the common spandex yarns that are formed oweing to lack of thermal stability and degradation of spandex fibre during the high temperature processing.
