       Our company is a professional manufacturer of PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric.Our products adopt polypropylene as raw material,through high temperature melting,silk spray into nets,  hot glue,winding cutting automatic production process,the quality of our products reach the domestic first-class level.

There are eight PP spunbond non-woven production lines, including four single-S production line 3 SS lines, a SMXS line. These 8 production lines design capacity 20000Ton/year, 2009, my company has completed production and sales tasks 16000T, no adverse reaction product backlogtries.4 single-S line can produce the general customers the necessary products, with high quality and competitive price. 3 SS lines the same weight advantage of more uniform under the cloth, fast speed, high output, it is rather characterized by low weight for the production of health materials and equipment on the reality of this case .SMXS is a high-end line, the introduction of advanced technology in the world which can produce high barrier coefficient, engaged in manufacturing standard products, to meet the needs of high-end customers, we fitted for line monitoring devices,online hydrophilic and three anti- processing equipment.
