Shipping and Handling method: This is an international shipment. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier package. 
TO improve the speed our service, all our items are sent direct to our customer from Wuhan and are sent to almost any worldwide destination via (EMS_TNT_UPS) couriers.  It will normally take about 8-12 work days to reach you from china. Delays will be due to custom checks .Item will be couriered from Wuhan to your paypal address only !!!.

If it isn't our fault, we regret that there will be 30% fee of restocking applying for refund or exchange.  Thanks for your understanding. Please return the item in its original condition within 14 days to our place. Once the dress is sent back. we will be willing to exchange or refund via paypal to your paypal account.
