4).Tussah silkworm egg are normally raised outdoors in Spring. Tussah cocoons are usually havested once per year------usually in October. After the purchasing of tussah cocoons from farmers, the cocoons are inspected and sorted, as only those with a perfect shape can be used for the reeling procedure.

5).Our production procedure:

Our production processes comprise of cocoon sorting, cocoon cooking and bleaching, cocoon peeling, filature, hank reeling, quality control, finishing and packaging etc. All of the finished goods are inspected by the Liaoning Silk Inspection Bureau and up to the export standard.
