Co., Ltd. was set up in 1998 and authorized to deal in imp. and exp. in China in 1999 by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Corporation, as the subsidiary of Xiangyu Group Corp. which is one of the five biggest state-run groups in Xiamen. In November 2001, Sun Shine was system-reformed to be a private company.
