Zouping Deli Group Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise engaged in cottonseed processing, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and knitted garments. Our head office is located in Zouping County(Shandong Province), which, as the world’s largest textiles production base, is only 60km from Ji’nan and 1km from Ji’nan-Qingdao Expressway, enjoying very convenient transportation. Established in 1981, we now have 2,000 employees, an occupied floor area of 400,000 sq. meters and fixed assets of 260 million RMB. Certified by the ISO9002 Quality Management System in 2001, we have self-support imp. & exp. power. Main products are: short-pile, cottonseed hulls, linter pulp, cottonseed oil, pure cotton yarns, knitted fabrics and knitted garments.
Our ginned cotton Branch has over 140 sets of cotton ginning machines and linters as well as oil extracting equipments with an daily capacity of 500 tons. Leading products: "Jinghuachun" brand short pile, cottonseed hulls, linter pulp and cottonseed oil, which are mostly sold to Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Jiangsu and Fujian etc.
Our Spinning & Weaving Branch is equipped with 100,000 comb spindles and 12 sets of rotor spinning machines. Other advanced production equipments are combing machines, drawing frames, bobbiner and spinning frames(60―120s cotton yarns); air spinning machine(RFRS10)etc. Our Ring Spinning Dept. can produce 30 tons of cotton yarns daily, and Air Spinning Dept. 6,000 tons per day. Main quality indexes have reached USTER STATISTIC 2001 5%. Our cotton yarns are in great demand around China, and we have sales offices in Yantai(Shandong), Changzhou(Jiangsu), Zhongshan and Foshan(Guangdong). Our dyeing & finishing and knitting projects are under construction. And we have introduced advanced sewing machines from YAMATO SCIENTIFIC and JUKI to build 8 production lines, which are planned to be put into production in this September.
