Hangzhou Daphne Industry Company Limited is a specialized manufacturer of textile dye/printing auxiliaries, mainly organosilicone finishing agent. It is established as a private enterprise in 1999, at the time only having one workshop. Now it has grown into a well operated small-sized enterprise, with a considerable name recognition in the industry, particularly in Xiaoshan-Shaoxing area---a textile industry hub in China. The annual output of the year 2003 is expected to exceed 5,000 tons, after a 2,000-ton high output of the year 2002.
Daphne has 60 employees, young but professional. 60% above of them have technical degrees, and 40% of them are of chemical, dye/printing or textile finishing majors. The staff will expand to 80 by the end of 2003.
