As a subsidiary of Liaoning Haicheng Zhongxin Group, Henan Xinhuaxin Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. is the biggest private textile enterprise in Xinxiang city; we are reorganized from former Henan Huaxin Cotton Textile Factory (national large-scale first-class textile enterprise of China) founded 80 years ago. At present, Xinhuaxin enjoys good location and excellent traffic condition: we are located in Weihui city, and close to Jingguang railway, Jingzhu expressway and national highway 107; moreover, we take only 60 minutes by car to Zhengzhou international airport.
Covering an area of 380mu, we now have 3,200 employees. Equipped the leading apparatus, we now can produce 18,000 tons of yarns and 50 millions meters of Greige cloths every year. Our main equipment include 120,000 spindles, 1,600 air spinning spindles, 1,700 looms(114 carrier looms), SUCKER sizing machines, hi-speed warping machines from Karl Mayer, carrier looms of SULZER, Savio automatic winders and leading clean-combing unit machines.
Based on the leading apparatus, we are working hard to produce market-oriented medium/top-grade yarns and Greige cloths, including pure cotton yarn, Blending yarn, chemical yarn, Special yarn, pure cotton fabric, Blending cloth, chemical fabric, decorative cloth , Special fire retarding cloth, antistatic fabric, abrasive belt cloth, and so on.
We became a limited corporation one year ago. Sticking to such idea of“Be honest and Dedicated, be practical and creative", we are working hard for getting development by adopting the leading technologies and producing quality products; meanwhile, through adopting the modern enterprise management system and renewing our equipment, we are experiencing the booming development. In 2006, Xinhuaxin was approved as the "Key enterprise of Xinxiang city" and "key leading company in the industrialization of agriculture of Xinxiang city". According to our "Eleventh five-year-plan", we will have another 500,000 spindles of new spinning machines, 1,400 sets of air-jet looms and rapier looms, and related fittings; moreover, we will import 10 pieces of top-grade printing-dyeing production lines and finishing apparatus, buy 1,000mu of lands and employ 20,000 staffs at the end of 2010. At that time, Xinhuaxin will be a super huge textile enterprise, our business will include spinning, weaving, printing, dyeing and finished products, and we will build up a textile city in the central plain of China.
