The company was established in Nov. 1997, covering a area of 52,000m2, building area of 18,000m2, more than 300 employees and 48 various technicians among them. The company owns a subsidiary spinning factory and related function department, 6 workshops of cotton ginning, oil pressing, peeling, extracting, overhauling and machinery. The company has owned 12 million yuan in fixes assets, 10 million yuan in circulating fund since Dec. 2001.
