(H.S.M) located in Cairo – Egypt We are leading in manufacture & exporting Egyptian flax fiber and we have many kind of it such as 1- Scotched Flax Fiber • Pressed in bales of 200 or 250 kg. • With or without jutes. • We got two grades from Scutched Flax. ** Grade A: We produce between 200 and 300 Tons / Month. ** Grade B: We produce between 150 and 300 Tons / Month. 2- Flax Fiber (Arouss) • Pressed in bales of 200 or 250 kg. • With or without jutes. • Which is used in the manufacture of paper and spinning factories . • We produce between 400 and 500 Ton /Month. 3- Flax Waste • Pressed in bales of 200 or 250 kg. • With or without jutes. • Which is used in the manufacture of paper and spinning factories . • We produce between 400 and 500 Ton /Month. 4- Hackled Flax • Pressed in bales of 200 kg. • With jutes. • Which is considered the early stage in the manufacture of spinning.• We produce between 200 and 250 Tons/ Month. 5- Flax Dolls (puppets ) or (Canapa) • Consists of two parts 25 kg each in one bale of 50 kg with jute. • Which is used in many chemical industries also is used by the plumbers in the sanitary uses. • It is handmade product from Hackled Flax, in different weight and shape : • Hackled Flax in Puppets two heads (200 or 250 gr.) • Hackled Flax in Puppets four head (50-100- 200- 250-500-1000 gr.) • We produce between 100 and 120 Tons / Month depending on the shape and weight of the dolls ( puppets ). 6- Machine tow • It is the outcome product from hackling and the most important product in the manufacture of spinning. • We produce between 150 and 200 tons/month 7- Sliver • It is available in Hackled Flax,Machine Tow or Rescutched Tow. • It is consisted of 4 plastic bags each of 12.5 kg. and then pressed each 4 in one bale of 50 kg in jutes or plastic bag. • We also have Baby Cones or Bobbines in different weight for both the sliver and the Bobbines or Cones: * The weight of Bobbines or Cones is from 80 gr. till 500 gr. * The weight of the Sliver is from 1.5 gr till 3 gr/mete.
