    After 1970 years, melt-blown technical become into marketing and producing by industrialization. Melt-blown non-weaving cloth is make up of superfine fiber0.015denand fiber that is bonded and gummed to by themselves three-dimensional-round structures, let the cloth has some properties listed below:

1.2 Melt-blown Technology

    Melt-blown technology as a non-weaving cloth generated technology is a procedure that is heating, pressing, melting, extrusion resin polymer and form superfine fiber in high-speed and hot air flow condition then create non-weaving cloth at once.

Feed the section
s of polymers to screw extruder machine firstly, after heating and melting enough, it is extruded. At the entrance of mold head,melted polymers is stretched by high-speed and hot air flow, meanwhile , cold air filling from the bilateral mold head  make fiber cooling and solidifying, finally form superfine fiber. In the air flow condition, this superfine fibers aggregate to fiber collection device and form to fiber web.

2 Melt-blown non-weaving cloth Production Line2.1 Introduce

The most of domestic production line had already intermitted. These years, China Textile University had developed a 1M prototype, but they are shutdown now. The product has battery separator, filtration material, oil absorbing materials, mask materials etc.

Company accumulates melt-blown technology and experiences nearly 8 years, absorb international melt-blown technology and experiences, successful development  an industry, wide, continuous melt-blown product line, nozzle use modular multi-channel structure, material channel use coat-hanger geometry, through the optimization design for melted material channel,base model are setting to 800mm,can compose 1600mm/2400mm wide melt-blown production line.
