rotary printed label advantages:

2.Have good performance on satin and cotton substrateds.

3.Eye-mark sensor,which enhance the speed of the production.

4.Can print up to six colors on the front and  one colors on the back.

5.The type of print for rotary is indirect print because it prints to the rubber first then transfer to the substrate.

6.The rotary use the metal plate with magnet cylinder for print and the cost is around  40RMB/square inch.

7.The quality of print of rotary is very sharp but the substrate has to be treat before and after print.

8.The rotary printed machine has an oven to dry the print,which is different from the Focus.

rotary printed label disadvantages:

1.Can only accept limited size of label length.

2.Can only accept limited choices of special dry-inks.

3.Can not print same as focus or screen print.

CDS  over print:

1.This machine can print 2 colours only front and also can print on a top of the woven label or reprint again on the different label.

2.This machine use black light to print security ink which is very expensive.The over print use the same metal of the printing as a CDS printing machine,the differnce is 2 electric eye can read the cut mark allow the machine to print again in the right place.
