Xiamen Hua Min Import & Export Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, held by Fujian Hua Min Import & Export Corp. which was formerly a large-scale and state-owned comprehensive foreign trade enterprise in Fujian Province. We were restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a limited liability company and renamed as Xiamen Hua Min Import & Export Co., Ltd. in May, 2003, with the registered capital of RMB60 million. There are more than 3,000 staff members in our company. Our total assets and annual turnover had reached RMB1,500 million and RMB6,000 million respectively by the end of 2007.

There are six functional management departments in our company, including General Office, Documents & Customs Clearance Department, Planning & Finance Department, Import & Export Department, Investment Management Department and Fund Management Department. Under our company, there are 28 trading subsidiaries and more that 10 share holding companies.

We own two share-holding bag factories and over 10 sub-contract factories so that we can serve our customers smoothly and efficiently. We also do export business of Stationery, Arts and Crafts, Umbrellas, and Auto Accessories. Our main markets are in Europe, Asia, and North America.
