Luan Rose Feather&Down Sells Co.,Ltd is a member of the China Feather and Down Industrial Association(CFDIA) , China textile import/export chamber. We mainly deal with washed duck down and feather, washed goose down and feather, down & feather home textile products: down&feather quilt (duvet, comforter),down & feather pillow ,down&feather cushion, down and feather mattress toppers and so on.
We produced the down &feather and down & feather home textile products since1995. We are located in the source of geese and ducks - Luan City, which is famous of West Anhui White Geese. Owning to 4 sets of automatic washing and sorting equipment and 400 sets of high speed state-of-the-art sewing machines, and 100 automatic quilting machines and pipe-line we can finish 2500 pieces of ready-made down quilts and 100 tons of feathers every day.
With one decade of experience accumulation and constant renovation, we also have a standard expert test lab for composition analysis and Sanitation Test (Turbidity, oxygen number, oil and fat content, and so on) and Filling Power test. Our products have all kinds of quality approvals to enter international markets such as JIS, CNS, EN and FTC.
We also have a factory which specialized in the processing of raw feathers and badminton shuttlecocks. Our company has a land area of 14 acres, with an 8,000-square-meter workshop. We currently employ 260 workers, 28 designers and engineers, and 1 professional sales team. In addition to well-equipped facilities, we also enjoy convenient transportation access to major ports in Shanghai and Nanjing.
