Sizing Dyeing Machine

Machine Head
1) fabric width: 2000mm;

2) twining shaft rolling is controlled through the frequency conversion motor, which can make the shaft revolve clockwise or anticlockwise.

3) max twining tension: 6KN;

4) pneumatic control of moves such as shaft upper plaiting , twining shaft pressurizing, extension reed lifting;

5) measurement roller for testing the length;

6) movable type twining shaft driving box to adjust the width;

7) automatic upper shaft plaiting device;

8) double roller side yarn pressing with pressure maximum at 4.5KN;

9) one separate frequency covnersion motor drives the guidance roller, heating chamber, and sizing sink;

10) the tension control of the dry fabric section is through the XP1 type stepless speed transmitter;

Yarn storage stand
1) synchronizing mechanism to unify the tension;

2) automatic alarming near the yarn saturation storage point and machine halt at the saturation point;

Water cleaing sink

1) the stainless steel pipes spray water onto the yarn pices to get rid of the impurities of the yarn;

2) the overflow mouth removes the floating material;

Sizing sink
1) working width: 1800mm;

2) doule-immering and quadruple pressurizing structure; side pressurizing function;

3) sizing pressure linear control;

4) sizing liquid circulation is made through the separate motor driven pump;

5) liquid level automatic control;

6) steam direct heating, sizing liquid automatic temperature control; the speed of the wet yarn separation changes according to the machine speed;

Drying chamber

1) 800mm flat plate sealing head, stainless steel heating drums, working width: 1800mm’;

2) the preheating drum face is coated with quadruple chloroethylene anti-bonding layer;

3) geared and gearless chain wheel active driving;

4) the ventilation hood is shared by the drying chamber and the sizing sink. The fan forces the hot wet air out of the chamber.

Dyeing sink

1)      stainless steel sink with 1000L volume; the bottom of the dyeing sink is mounted with snake-shape pipes;

2)      the interior is arranged by the pattern of 2 upper rollers and 3 lower rollers, or 3 upper and 4 lower ones.

3)      Large power pump circulates the dyeing liquor;

4)      High accuracy flow rate pump automatcially feeds dyestuff into the dyeing sink;

5)      Each dyeing sink has one oxidation stand;

6)      Pneumatic pressurizing two-roll squeezer with max pressure of 50KN;

7)      Direct or indirect heating method at the customer’s requirement;

shaft stand
1) four shafts form 1 group;

2) shaft max diameter: 800mm, working width: 1800mm;

scouring sink
