Currently we have 3 glove dipping production lines and more than 50 workers. We constantly seek new methods to lower our production and managing cost. Just because of our smaller size than big factories, we can keep our price competive. We would leverage this cost advantage to build a long term relationship with foreign customers. And customers can get real value from us.
We also realize new products can bring both ourselves and our customers much benefit. For us, we can increase benefit; for customers, they can not only get much profit but also sharp their brand in their market. We believe most customers are eager to get new gloves that better meet market needs. We decided to invest a big mount of what we earn every year into new gloves development.
Currently our products range includes most kinds of coated gloves including latex coated gloves, nitrile costed gloves and PU coated gloves. String knit gloves is also what we supply. General purpose gloves are what we focus on right now. The following shows what we produce exactly:
String knit gloves: nylon gloves, polyester gloves, poly cotton gloves, Kevlar gloves, Dyneema gloves, HPPE gloves, PVC dotted gloves. These gloves gauges can be 7, 10, 13 and 15. We can make dozens of colors for your choice.
Latex coated gloves: 13 gauge latex coated gloves, 10 gauge latex coated gloves, and 7 gauge latex coated gloves.
Nitrile coated gloves: We have nylon nitrile coated gloves, jersey nitrile coated gloves, interlock nitirle coated gloves.
PU coated gloves: PU is also called polyurathane. For this kind of glove, only palm coated style available, no half coated and fully coated ones. The liner can be either polyester or nylon. For the coating, either oil-based PU or water based PU available.
As you can see our glove range covers a full range of duty level, light duty, medium duty and heavy duty.
