Structural Synthetic Fiber
Structural Synthetic Fiber, also described as steel-wire-like organic fiber, is manufactured by using polypropylene and polyethylene as main material in specially designed unique process. Having waved and entwined profile like steel fiber, the product integrates the advantages of steel fiber and synthetic organic fiber. Structural Synthetic Fiber could be used to replace Reinforced Mesh and steel fiber.

Application Instruction
Dose Rate: Adaptable according to usage, usually 1.8-2.7Kg/m3 for concrete reinforcement and cracking resistance and 3.6-4.5 Kg/m3 for concrete floor or parking yard.
Length Options: 50mm for concrete reinforcement and cracking resistance, 12mm for sprayed concrete.
