- The hydraulically driven expander can expand two tubes per cycle, which allows it to expand coils constructed with conventional U-Bends or Straight Tubes and Return Bends.
- It is statically balanced about its own horizontal operating centreline, which allows rotation of the expander to accommodate diagonally, horizontally, or vertically oriented hairpin tubes.
- Materials: Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and other thin-wall materials within the thickness range.
- It can be used equally well for volume production, in a prototype model shop or for coil repair applications.
- The setup and changeover time is short, generally within 20 min.
