The history of Itochu Textile (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "ITOCHU") dates back to 1858 when our founder Chubei Itoh commenced linen trading. With over 150 years of development, ITOCHU has grown into a sogo shosha, engaged in domestic trading and overseas trading of various products such as textiles, machinery, information and communication-related products, metals, products related to oil and other energy sources, general merchandise, chemicals, provisions and food. In addition, ITOCHU has made multifaceted investments in insurance agencies, finance, construction, real estate trading, and warehousing as well as operations and businesses incidental or related fields. we are continually searching for new business fields as to invest in strengthening our advertising and promotional capabilities, and expanding our brand image in overseas markets.
