Foot switch control filling
- The pillow machine is used for pillows, cushions and sofa cushions, large size plush toys etc soft stuffing productions.
- The suitable material is 2 or 3 dimensional hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
- Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the raw material into the opening rollers automatically which saves the labor costs
- Metallic self-lock wire assembled to the rollers that increased the capacity and helps the material not to damage at all, so and lower repairing rate.
- The whole set can be handled by only 3 operators with very simple operation.
- Overload protection assembled
- The pillow machine has been developed times according to the customers requirement which is no problems happened as in the past such like fiber jammed.
