We major in knitting ,bleaching, dyeing and garment-making, which are among the most advanced in the world; 56 sets of domestic and overseas knitting machines; two Sodiem Chlorite bleaching machines which are the most advanced in our country; 24 sets of normal tempereture and high temperature bleaching and dyeing machines; 3 sets of garment dyeing machines which are imported from Hongkong and Italy; width stereotyping machines which is imported from Taiwan and worthy of more than 2 million RMB; and 650 sets of sewing machines. The annual output of the bleached & dyed & printed fabric reaches over 1,500 tons, the daily output of garments is 35,000 pieces, and we can supply over 10 million pieces of garments per year.
Main products include rib, double rib, jersey, air layer, single jacquard, double jacquard, satin dyeing, color weave, and some special structured knitting fabric. We are devoted to knitting underwears and garments of menswear, ladywear, babywear, childrenwear and casual garments series. The materials include pure cotton, CVC, T/C, silk blending, wool blending, MODALTM, LYOCELLTM, LYCRATM, TENCELTM, COOLMAXTM, COOLPLUS, Japan-made cupra rayon fibre, Japan-made Soppita fibre etc, which are among the most advanced cool-feeling and heat-creating fiber. Recently, we also developed some health fabrics, such as soybean protein fiber, Indian corn fiber, bamboo fiber and high class fibre of high sensuously tight twisted and extremely high yarn count( 80s, 100s, 120s). We use imported material to handle our products; meanwhile, we also do some health treatment for our cloths, including anti-bacteria & odor-removing, anti-bacteria & wet-keeping, anion treatment, aloe treatment, cold feeling process, whitening treatment, fragrantening treatment, anti-UV process, far infrared process, and brushing treatment. Our businesses also include dyeing of finishing product, washing of finishing product, tie-dyed, flower-dyed, dip-dyed and printing and embroidery.
