After decades of development, our group has established a Shanghai base for market and new technology development, a Quanzhou base for knit fabric production, dyeing, after-finishing and garment production, and finally a Jiangsu base for new green environmental-friendly material production to complete the industry chain for textile. Currently, our group owns more than twenty subordinate enterprises, located in Beijing, Shanghai, Quanzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Dalian, and Hongkong, also established branches overseas.
In order to adapt to the trends of the market and keep pace with the latest vogue, HTT devotes great effort to the research and development of new products. It cooperates with the National Textile Development Center, Donghua University, Fabrics China-National Industry Base, Dupont, Toray, DOW, AWI, Hengli, Xianglu, Longsheng, Demei to increase the design and creative ability of products through the industry chain.

The market opportunity center, located in Shanghai Donghua University National University Science Park, takes advantage of Shanghai which is the international trading center to further improve the group’s capability of quick response to market.
Research and development center—Shanghai Qingpu base
Shanghai Qingpu base covers an area of 50,000 m2, that includes four sampling centers for weaving, dyeing, printing and manufacturing, and dye laboratory. It is a development center for new fibers, equipment, dyes and agents, and offers fast development of new products and sampling services for the purchasers and brands.
It is also a training base for undergraduates and graduate students from Donghua University and a pioneer platform for textile professionals.
Production base—Quanzhou HTT Corporation (HTT)
Quanzhou HTT Corporation (HTT) is located at west straight and economic in zone center Quanzhou city. Quanzhou HTT is equipped with modern and advanced textile equipment, able to design and produce high-end textiles and garments, and is a key high-tech enterprise of China National Torch Program Development Base of Circular Knitting appointed by China National Textile Development center.
As the main production base, it has the complete production chain of knitting, dyeing and finishing, bonding, garment manufacturing and an independent inspection center to ensure quality of the products.
The knitting company focuses on the development and manufacturing of knit fabrics. It is located in the HTT Industry Park of Quanzhou Jiangnan Industry Zone, with a construction area of 30,000 m2. The company employs over 400 employees. The factory has 300 sets of knitting machines mainly imported from Germany and Taiwan, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
The dyeing and finishing company has a total construction area of 50,000 m2, and employs over 1000 people. The dyeing plant has imported more than 100 dyeing and finishing machines from Hongkong and Taiwan, and is equipped with computerized printing machine from Austria. The finishing plant has imported advanced steaming, brushing, carding, cutting machines, capacity is 30,000 tons of fabrics annually.
The apparel company manufactures a range of knitted sportswear, T-shirts, casual wear, women’s wear, children’s wear and blankets. Located in the HTT Industry Park of Quanzhou Jiangnan Industry Zone, the company imported over 600 sets of machines from Japan, and has 5 production lines, employs over 500 people with annual production capacity of 4 million pieces.
The under-construction Quanzhou Sportswear Industry Center will expand the annual production capacity of fabrics to 30,000 tons and garments (or blankets) to 8 million pieces.
The bonding company produces bonded fabric, such as bonded polar fleece, suede, man-made fur. The company has a variety of jet colloid bonding machines from the Netherlands and Taiwan. All the bonding fabrics comply with the standards like KAKEN of Japan and IITS of UK.
The inspection center incorporates advanced product inspection equipment and complete modern management processes. These devices are mainly imported from USA, UK, German and Japan, in accordance with AATCC, JIS and ISO criteria.
The inspection center has set up a QC and technique index level testing center, as an independent testing center. It can provide real and fair report of the quality required by the customers.
The quality of all products is excellent and has developed a good reputation among the customers. The series of fabric named CoolDry is regarded as the national inspection free product by the Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. Now HTT has been certified with ISO 9000 international quality certification, ISO1400 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 career health safety management system certification. Our products meet the demands of JIS (Japan), OKO TEX standard 100 (European United Union) etc.
The group is also committed to opening up new markets and developing new technologies therefore takes the lead in development of new products and in application of new technology, new processes and new raw materials. To present, we have focused on four synthetic series of fabric such as CoolDry, a moisture management fabric, Sunlite hollow fiber technology for superior warmth fabric, Hytech for functional underwear, DuPont Sorona for green and environmental-friendly fabric and Merino wool for new fleece fabrics. The production is suitable for sportswear, outerwear, underwear, uniform, socks, knitted blanket and knitted outwear.
HTT has an excellent customer service department to grow the business globally. Its key customers include Anta, Jordan, JINLAIKE、KANGWEI、JIEBAO/DECATHLON、UNIQLO、METERS-BONWE、AIC/MARUBENI、ADIDAS、NIKE、JEANSWEST、M&S、MONT-BELL、SEMIR、CONVERSE、GIORDANO etc.
HTT cooperates with many academic institutions such as Donghua University plus national and international textile and apparel enterprises. These cooperation plus the major centers in Shanghai, Qingpu, Quanzhou allows HTT to offer local and international customers one shopping for all of their needs in plus fast response for samples and production. They also provide the training base for undergraduates of Donghua University, graduate researchers, and national post-doctors. All will provide well qualified resources for HTT group.
