Anhui Haoyuan to build bottle-grade PET project

Anhui Haoyuan Group plans to build a bottle-grade polyester (PET) plant with an capacity of 600 kt/year in Fuyang Coal-based New Materials Industrial Park.

The construction contents include PTA and IPA warehouses, warehouses for basic chip and finished products, thermal coal stations, and tanks for acetaldehyde recovery, and mono ethylene glycol (MEG).

In July 2022, Haoyuan Chemical made the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment of the company's 600kt/year bottle-grade polyester (PET) project on the official website.
