Among countries with significant PSF imports, most have imposed anti-dumping measures on Chinese PSF, though the duty rates vary. Vietnam currently has no anti-dumping measures against Chinese PSF. Coupled with its textile industry being a pillar sector, China's PSF exports to Vietnam have continued to rise in recent years. Pakistan imposes anti-dumping duties of 2.82%-11.5% on Chinese PSF. Domestic factories facing lower duty rates have continued to increase their export efforts to Pakistan. Brazil imposed provisional anti-dumping duties on Chinese PSF in 2024, which were adjusted to $56.23/ton in early 2025. Accounting for around 7% of the price, this rate remains acceptable to factories, with exports maintaining growth this year. Turkey also applies safeguard duties on Chinese PSF: $0.048/kg from September 23, 2024 to September 22, 2025; $0.044/kg from September 23, 2025 to September 22, 2026; and $0.040/kg from September 23, 2026 to September 22, 2027. With even lower rates than Brazil, exports to Turkey have seen substantial growth.

China's PSF exports continue to be high and may keep high growth in the second half year.
