ICE cotton futures market fluctuated narrowly. Contract of Mar closed at 63.43cent/lb, up 0.33cent/lb and contract of May closed at 64.53cent/lb, up 0.27cent/lb. La Niña conditions have emerged in major U.S. cotton-producing regions during the winter, characterized by reduced precipitation and rising temperatures.
