The combing machine is used in the combing procedure at spinning mill. It is designed for removing fibers less than a certain length, cotton neps and foreign matters from the laps produced by sliver lapper and ribbon lapper or lap former, so as to obtain quality sliver that fibers are straight-oriented and parallel laid.

 The combing machine can produce yarn with improved strength and evenness, good gloss and reduced hairiness. It is necessory for producing high-quality yarn.

 Using computer-aided (semulation) optimizing technology to do dynamical analysis and technical parameter optimizing so as to realise more smooth running. Premise the higher production, reduce the load of parts and material waste, prolong the life of machine and save energy.

  The system controlled by PLC, speed changed by inverter, touch screen for human-machine interface, it is equipped with automatic protection and check function. The error can be shown and the solving method can be consulted on the operating panel. Each of the delivery hole has a photocell to check the sliver on the worktable.

  The precision of the gears in the machine head is the fifth grade. The gears are oil bathed so that the transmission is stable and the noise is low.

  Electric elements, pneumatic components, key parts and bearings and standard elements are imported products.

  It adopts the nipper of titanium alloy with the property of high efficiency and light weight. And this effctively alleviates the running load and accelerate the running speed

  Two servo motor driving system is used for the drafting. The technical parameter can be adjusted online.
