1. The machine head is longer and the distance between drafting transmission gears and the wallboard is 100mm wider than common machine so that the transmission is more stable and maintenance is much easier, which is an example of humanistic design.
2. The total width of the machine is not increased but the crosswise distance of the machine feed is 100mm wider. The wire tube is changed into rectangle tube and directly joint to the side of the machine foundation. All of these make the running stability improved so the highest speed can reach 22000rpm.
3. The gears in the machine head can be disassembled by a kind of patent technique, no need to use gear remover.
4. The main distribution shaft is installed on bearing bracket, easy to disasemble and maintain.
5. The new mid-short apron drafting type can be utilized to strengthen the control for fiber so that the yarn quality can be improved.
