ICE cotton futures market slumped on weak export sales and rain in Texas. Contract of Jul closed at 86.54cent/lb, down 2.98cent/lb and contract of Dec closed at 83.84cent/lb, down 2.4cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index reduced by 2.0cent/lb to 94.90cent/lb.
