China to levy consumption tax on four imported refined oil products

China's Finance Minstry said on May 14 to levy consumption tax on four imported refined oil products from Jun 12, including mixed aromatics (HS code: 27075000), light cycle oil (HS code: 27079990 and 27101299), and bitumen blend (HS code: 27150000).
