China's first methanol and bunker oil dual-fuel container ship launched

On the morning of August 17, under the careful maintenance of Yangzhou Maritime Safety Administration, China's first small methanol and bunker oil dual-fuel container ship was successfully launched at Yangzhou Xindayang Shipyard.

This is China's first methanol and bunker oil dual-fuel container ship with advanced design and green environmental protection concept, with a length of 148 meters, a width of 27.2 meters, a depth of 14.3 meters and a design speed of 14 knots. It is worth mentioning that the ship can operate with zero carbon emissions when using green methanol with safe and convenient, good power performance and low emissions as fuel.
