ICE cotton futures market increases

ICE cotton futures market increased. Contract of Jul closed at 76.03cent/lb, up 0.14cent/lb and contract of Dec closed at 75.01cent/lb, up 0.04cent/lb. By the week ending May 19, 44% of cotton crops was planted in U.S., up 11% from previous week, up 2% from a year ago and flat from five-year average.

Cotlook A Index reduced by 0.25cent/lb to 85.60cent/lb.
