ICE cotton futures market fluctuated narrowly. Contract of Dec closed at 67.73cent/lb, down 0.05cent/lb and contract of Mar closed at 69.06cent/lb, down 0.08cent/lb.

Cotlook A Index rose by 0.45cent/lb to 78.60cent/lb.
