ICE cotton futures market fluctuated widely. Contract of Dec closed at 68.80cent/lb, up 0.24cent/lb and contract of Mar closed at 70.08cent/lb, up 0.25cent/lb.

Cotlook A Index remained unchanged at 79.30cent/lb.
