China's retail sales of textiles and garments increase y-o-y in Jun, 2025

China's retail sales value of consumer goods totaled 4.2287 trillion Yuan in Jun 2025, up 4.8% year on year. In Jan-Jun 2025, the cumulative retail sales of consumer goods amounted to 24.5458 trillion Yuan, up 5.0% year on year.

In Jun 2025, the retail value of apparel, shoes, hats, knitwear and textiles above designated size was 127.54 billion yuan, up 1.9% year on year. In Jan-Jun, the cumulative retail sales of apparel, shoes, hats, knitwear and textiles above designated size totaled 742.59 billion yuan, up 3.1% year-on-year.

In Jun 2025, the retail value of apparel goods above designated size was 89.82 billion yuan, up 1.7% year-on-year. From January to June, the cumulative retail value of apparel was 534.13 billion yuan, up by 2.5% year-on-year.
