COATING AGENT HCP-10

Application:

      Color coating agent. General water pressure proofed coating agent; high quality/grade bottom coating agent.

Characteristic:

1. Good adhesive force on fabric, no bleeding.
2. Soft handle membrane, fullness and thick, dry and smooth, good fastness.

Technical indicate:

      Ionicity                            anionic

Using method:

1. Using HCP-10 directly without any adjust.
2. Coated fabric with/without pre-refusal process.
3. Baking for 1-2mins at the temperature of 150°C-170°C; knife width is 0.5-1mm.
4. Excellent coating effect for 1-2 time process after padding, but still as normal coating effect if no padding.

Ecological data:

It is a non-toxicity, non-pollution, and environmental product. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storing:

Be packed in plastic casks of 50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places, with temperature above 0°C. The shelf life is six months.
