Vietnam initiates first sunset review investigation of anti-dumping duties on polyester filament yarn related to China

On October 16, 2025, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Announcement No. 3013/QD-BCT, stating that in response to an application from Vietnamese producers, it has initiated the first sunset review investigation of anti-dumping duties on polyester filament yarn (Vietnamese: s?n ph?m s?i dài làm t? polyeser) originating from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. The Vietnam tariff codes for the involved products are 5402.33.10, 5402.33.90, 5402.46.10, 5402.46.90, 5402.47.10 and 5402.47.90. The announcement takes effect from the date of issuance.
