ICE cotton futures market increased amid the fears of damage due to heavy rains in the delta. Contract of Jul closed at 84.22cent/lb, up 0.13cent/lb and contract of Dec closed at 85.64cent/lb, up 0.45cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index remained unchanged at 94.45cent/lb.
