ICE cotton futures market declines again

ICE cotton futures market declined again. Contract of Dec closed at 64.47cent/lb, down 0.44cent/lb and contract of Mar closed at 66.34cent/lb, down 0.42cent/lb. USDA's export sales report and WASDE report will be suspended due to a lapse in U.S. government funding.

Cotlook A Index rose by 0.5cent/lb to 76.55cent/lb.
