Global apparel market size expected to reach $1.84 trillion by 2025

The 2025 World Apparel Convention kicked off in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province on Nov 16. Sun Ruizhe, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, stated at the opening ceremony that as an important people's livelihood industry and pillar industry, the apparel industry has become a strategic sector deeply linked to global development and human common values. By 2025, the global apparel market is projected to hit $1.84 trillion, accounting for 1.6% of the world's GDP.
